“I don’t want to risk you changing your mind, I want to make you mine as soon as possible. If it wasn’t so late already, I’d suggest today.”

“No, tomorrow is perfect, you don’t think Ryker and Brax will mind, do you?” she asks nervously.

“No, Sugar. I promise they won’t mind.”

She gives me a small smile. “Shall we go tell them, then?” she asks with excitement. It makes me happy to know she’s proud to call me her mate, excited for the rest of our friends to find out.

“Yes, let’s go tell them the good news.”

CHAPTER TWENTY-TWO

PENNY

Ican’t believe it. It’s my second wedding day in as many weeks. I decided to wear the same emerald dress as none of my others were ready yet. Right now, I’m making sure I look okay as I stand in our room in front of the mirror. Brax and Ryker are sitting on the bed watching me intently.

I turn to them and frown. “Are you guys sure you’re okay with this?”

“Yes, Pen, we’re happy for you both.”

“You don’t look happy, you look… upset.”

Ryker barks out a laugh while Brax narrows his eyes at me. “That’s because Indy is going to have you all to himself tonight and we’re jealous.”

“Oh.” I guess I hadn’t really thought about how that would work. When I married them, we had stayed locked away for a week. Was that going to happen again? As much as I wanted to spend alone time with Indy, I would miss these two if I had to spend a week away from them.

“Don’t worry, Red, we’ll join you tomorrow. Indy tried to negotiate for longer, but we can’t stand the thought of not being around you.”

“He’s lucky he gets tonight,” Brax grumbles, making mesmile as I walk over to him.

“You gonna miss me, yeti?”

“Not a yeti.”

“My yeti,” I tell him, bending down to kiss him. He stays stiff for only a few seconds before he melts against me, his arms shooting out to wrap around my waist and pull me into his lap.

I pull back, laughing. “Okay, caveman, we have to go now, Indy will be waiting.” They each grab a hand and we head downstairs and out the back, where the venue is ready for us. It’s a setup similar to last time, but this time it’s Indy standing at the end of the aisle. He wears the same white shirt with black pants that the others had worn on their wedding day.

Silver hands me a bouquet and gives me a wink. “You know the drill, Sweetheart.” He turns and heads down the aisle, clearly ready to officiate as I link my arms through Brax and Ry’s. The music starts playing and they walk me down the aisle towards my third mate.

I love how short weddings are here. They get to the good stuff fast and don’t waste time on pointless dribble.

“Indy, would you like to say your vows first?” Silver asks.

Holding my hands, Indy clears his throat before speaking. “Sugar, from the moment I laid eyes on you, this beautiful little firecracker who thought she could pet a caledon, I’ve been ensnared by you, you’re the love of my life. Not only are you beautiful inside and out, but your love of life and the people in it is infectious, and I am truly honored to be able to call you mine.”

I try hard not to let any tears fall at his heartfelt words, but it’s a losing battle.Who knew he was so romantic?

“Indy, the moment I met you, I felt an instant connection. My heart has been tugging me towards you ever since. It wasn’t just because you saved me, repeatedly, it was just… you. There isn’t a single part of you I don’t love completely, and I can’t wait to claim you as one of my men.

“Indy, do you take Penny, to be your wife?”

“I do.”

“And Penny, do you take Indy, to be your husband?”

“I do.”

“I now pronounce you man and wife!” Silver says loudly, and Indy swoops in for a kiss. It’s full of heat and passion and as he throws me over his shoulder, my core heats, knowing what’s coming next.
