I can’t see myself ever wanting anyone else.

Jayden is it for me.

I’m so madly and crazy in love with him.

JAYDEN

TIFFANY WANTS A manto protect her, and she’s chosen me.

Perhaps it’s my muscle, my size, or my background in the Air Force, but she’s right: I can protect her, and I will.

With that comes a fuck ton of possessiveness she’ll need to get used to.

Three babies will make my mamma happy, and I can’t think of anything better than having little rug rats that look like my beautiful girl running around.

It’s like the drapes have been pulled open, and suddenly I can see my future.

BHS is going to keep me busy and employed for a long time, and while there’s going to be an adjustment merging our lives and making decisions, I know she’s the one.

Still, there’s something else she needs to know before I make her mine permanently.

“Tiff, there’s something else I need to tell you.”I say after she’s come again and we’ve showered.

I stand behind her in the bathroom and glance at her in the mirror.

She turns and with no shoes on she’s so cute I can’t help but take her hips and force myself not to slam my dick inside her again.

“When I was on active duty, I witnessed things I can’t speak about, but they changed me.I’m still dealing with them.”

“I’m sorry.”She places her hands on my abs.

“I suffer from a form of PTSD and anxiety which is triggered at weird times.Like the awards evening.”

“That’s why you resigned.”

I nod.“Josh has moved me into another role.I’m so grateful I get to keep working in a paramilitary role, but without the action. For now.Or maybe forever.”

“As long as you are doing what you love. How can I support you?”

I shrug.“I don’t know.I’ve joined a group and I’ll probably do some therapy.”

“Whatever you need.I’m here for it all.”

I kiss her.

“I have nightmares.”

“So do I.”Tiffany shrugs.“They’re different, but we can be broken together.”

Christ, I hadn’t even though much about how she would be dealing with the aftermath.Getting her back has been my priority.

Now that I’m here, I’m going to do more.

Much more.
