“Nowthatis a motivational speech. You’re improving.”

D’Angelo mock growls.

When I look up, however, I notice that Shay and Eden have noticed our intense conversation. They’re standing in the middle of the pitch, staring at us with worried expressions, the ball abandoned between them.

I elbow D’Angelo. “Say something before they run over here in a protective twin panic.”

“The next one to score,” D’Angelo calls, smoothly, “wins the right to choose where they worship our Robyn first.”

My eyes widen.

Now that’s one way to do it, of which I highly approve.

Shay and Eden exchange a glance. Then they dive for the ball at the same time.

I laugh.

Shay is definitely not holding back now. But then, neither is Eden.

“See how hard they’re trying to win you?” D’Angelo murmurs, sliding his hands around to the buttons, which run down the front of my cotton sun dress.

Slowly, button by button, he starts to pop them open.

He gives a wolfish grin, knowing how fiendishly he is distracting the two players who are sneaking glances at us as they play.

When the dress falls open at the front, revealing my lacy white bra, D’Angelo edges his hand inside and cups my breast.

I moan, arching my back.

Eden stumbles at both the sight and sound of my pleasure.

Shay takes the opportunity to steal the ball.

Fluid, fast, and brilliant, he spins around Eden, as his brother attempts to tackle him back. Then he speeds toward the open goal.

“Keep your eyes on them.” D’Angelo flicks over my nipple, before opening the final button.

My dress falls to the floor.

I am exposed in the middle of the garden.

D’Angelo holds his hand lightly at my throat, keeping me in place, displaying me like a trophy, while his other hand strokes lower…and lower…and…

I struggle not to close my eyes, as D’Angelo edges his fingers into my panties.

Mean.

D’Angelo’s trick to spoil Shay’s focus doesn’t work this time.

Shay is zeroed in on the goal with the same type of focus that he shows on the ice.

It’s beautiful.

He pulls back his foot.

I hold my breath.

Eden is just behind his brother, readying to tackle.
