“Twice Ashaun. You need to stop telling his business to anybody that’ll listen. You seem to know her more than he does, so tell me what she’s like,” she said offering another chuckle.

Aurora was just as silly as I was. She laughed at everything and made situations lighter. Her presence alone calmed niggas down. I loved the hell out of my siblings but Ro… yeah, I’d endbloodlines behind her. I ain’t give niggas a chance to play with that one.

“The hell if I know. I know what she look like, that’s all. Oh, and Rion couldn’t stop calling her Clover. Pops gave him thirty days to find her. He been working my nerves to find her, but I ain’t married, so I ain’t looking. He better take his ass back to Vegas,” I ranted.

“Why am I not surprised? Shaun, what do you even do when y’all are together? You’re supposed to be watching his back.”

“I do. Ain’t nobody rolled up on him yet. When you coming home? I miss you,” I revealed. Ro was small, feisty, and easy going. I needed her around family.

“Uhm, soon. Bae invited me to his family wedding as his plus one. He didn’t get the official invite yet, but he was told to show up so... What do you even wear to weddings? You’ve stopped a few. What did you wear?” she jested.

“Get off my phone, Ro. I love you, and I’ll call you tomorrow. Stay safe, sis’.”

“I will baby boy. Love you, too.” With that, the call disconnected.

Being a menace was hard. It was a few women whose pussy was too good to let go. Talking ‘bout marrying the love of their life. Hell, they were taking quality shit and giving it to somebody else for a lifetime. Fuck no I ain’t approve. You better believe I shut that shit down.

Climbing out my black on black Urus, I swagged to the front door ready to enjoy myself. I liked the fact there was valet. While niggas were lined the fuck up to get in, I was granted access immediately. I guess my whip helped with that. I wore a sly grin as I entered the building. It paid to be a young nigga with money.

The music was loud and thankfully it ain’t smell like the shit these hoes was throwing. I slipped through the crowd to the bar. Off gate I asked for a section. I ain’t like all that crowding ‘roundme bullshit, and I damn sho’ ain’t want no nigga thinking he could kick it with me just ‘cause I was alone.

“What can I help you with love?” the bartender inquired.

“I need a section, and two bottles of Azul. I need the selection of ladies to be brown. You got me? I don’t like nothing less than nigga,” I replied.

She laughed but gave a slight nod. “I got you.” She pulled out her device and scrolled for a minute before saying, “You want open or closed? Closed is a private room and open is on the floor.”

“Who you got for closed?”

“Novacane. She’s one of our most requested. She also does a plus one in her sets.”

“Cool. How much can you get for me? I need at least a hundo in singles.” She looked me up and down and shook her head with a laugh that caught damn near the entire club’s attention. I caught on quick that she thought I was talking ‘bout a Benji. “My fault. You misunderstood me. I need a hunnid racks in ones.”

She thought shit was so funny but now she was choking on that same joke. Grabbing her chest trying to calm down brought a smile to my face. Playing me like I couldn’t satisfy every bitch in here on my own was comical. I paid rent on a regular lil’ did she know.

“One moment. I have to get my boss.” She picked up the wall phone and gave me her back. I scanned the room in the meantime. Whoever owned this muthafucka knew they had a gem on they hands.

Moments passed before someone approached me decked out in threads that matched her skin tone to the fuckin tee. The ice she had dripped around her neck was blinding a nigga. The only reason I knew baby girl wasn’t showing off her birthday suit was simply because everything I liked ‘bout a woman wasn’ton display. I sucked on nipples and licked on pussy for a living. None of it was visible to the eye.

“You wanted a hunnid racks in ones, right?” she inquired.

Fuck that bread, Ma. Who the fuck is you?

“Uh, yeah. I was waiting for the boss though. That’s you?”

Nodding, she said, “It is. Do you mind following me?”

“Nah. A nigga don’t mind following yo’ pretty ass at all,” I replied.

Rolling her eyes, she disappeared into the crowd. I bit on my bottom lip as I trailed behind her. The strobe lights ain’t do baby no justice. The way her thin waist complimented her thick hips would make any woman jealous. The heels she had strapped around her ankle added to the height she already had. I loved that shit, I couldn’t lie.

The fruity smell of a woman had me in a chokehold for a long time. However, this particular being carried a scent of floral. I was intrigued by that alone. I wasn’t quite ready to distance myself from it.

We made our way to the second floor walking down a long hall that held little to no light. I stayed with a tool on me, and this was beginning to make me nervous. I gripped my Glock that was tucked by my right rib until she stopped in front of a door.

Once it was open, she stepped to the side and said, “Please, come in and have a seat.” She noticed my stance with her eyes landing on my gun. She chuckled and said, “I got you up here alone baby boy. Don’t you think it’s a lil’ late for that.”

“It ain’t never too late, Ma. Whether you catch this heat or not is all on you,” I threw back.
