My body tensed and then turned to liquid. I came harder than I ever had in my life. My knees buckled, and it was only his arm that kept me from falling into a heap of sweaty Iris-jello on the tiled floor.

“I got you Iris.” In one smooth movement he slipped his hand from the front of my gaping jeans, and picking me up like a baby, cradled me in his arms. For a second, there was nothing but softness in his face as he looked down at me.

Real emotion. Not the fake romantic crap he had been trying to charm me with.

“Are you going to fuck me?” Reaching up, I ran my fingers across the tattoo on his head. When I had first met him, he had masses of dark hair on his head. He had looked more boyish. Pretty almost, but I kind of liked the new look more.

“Yes, Iris.” He carried me easily, heading from the kitchen towards the stairs. “But you’ve had enough for now.” Taking the stairs two at a time, he didn’t pause until we were in my room. Dipping his head, he kissed my sweaty hair. “Don't argue with me on this, babe. I’m going to fuck you until you can't walk, and it's going to be soon, but not now. Not tonight.”

I woke up bleary eyed. I could vaguely remember Cyber carrying me from the kitchen, my clothes still in tatters around me, and laying me in the middle of the bed.

And then nothing.

I must have fallen straight to sleep after my first orgasm in years.

My last had been with him.

“Cyber?” I blinked the sleep away.

The room was in almost total darkness and panic gripped me. Had he left me in bed again? The same as he had that fateful night?

“I'm right here.” Cyber appeared in the doorway, his frame nothing more than a darker shadow amidst the shadows. Something lit up in his hand and he glanced down at it.

“Oh… I thought you had left.”

He didn't say a word as he padded towards the bed, and the mattress dipped as he sat on the edge. “I am going to have to in the morning, I think. Something has come up.”

There was an edge to his voice. He was hiding something from me.

“Club business, or private?”

Tossing his phone onto the bed, he turned to me.

“Private.”

“What’s her name?” I didn’t even try to hide the bitterness from my voice. How could I have been that stupid? Of course he had other women on the go. Everything out of his damn mouth was a lie.

His back ramrod straight, he glared at me.

“Violet,” he finally said.

“You’ve found her?” My heart had been slamming against my ribs, but it slowed and then missed a beat. The cool room was suddenly too hot.

“I think so.”

“How did Iris take it?”Monster stretched his back, and the noise was loud even on the busy street.

Shooting him a look, I arched an eyebrow. What kind of dumb ass question was that? “How do you think she took it?” I shook my head, sometimes he really was all looks and no brain. “She was happy.”

“Happy?” he repeated, a frown creasing his smooth face. “She was just happy? That kind of goes against everything I know about her.”

“Ok, maybe happy doesn't quite cover it.” And it didn't. Iris had not been happy. She had been ecstatic, bouncing off the bed and throwing herself at me without any hesitation. Which had been nice.

“I'm surprised she didn't want to come today.” Monster’s eyes searched my face. He had known me long enough to realise when I was hiding something. “You didn't tell her where you were going, did you?”
