They’d take care of this shit, then he was taking Early upstairs to ride.

“Daddy! We’re going over to that truck! They have full-sized Hershey’s bars!”
Just what Jaxson, aka the littlest Hulk, needed. More sugar.
“I’m coming, son.” He didn’t have to dress up, but he did have to follow along behind his two Avengers, just to make sure.
“They got Twix?”
Who knew Captain America had such a sweet tooth?
“I’m glad we sprung for the decent dental insurance.”
He grinned back at his husband. “I hear you. Just think about how much another hooligan’s mouth is going to cost us.”
“Another hooligan ortwo.” Connor grinned right back at him.
“So, when are you two building the enclosure for your pool so my kids can still spend the night and swim?” Mike sauntered over as two more Avengers ran after Jayden and Jaxson. Between them they almost had the whole assembly.
“They can spend the night and watch movies. We’re busy planning how to build our family.”
“You really are gluttons for punishment, huh?” Mike laughed.
Connor shrugged. “You mean Lauren isn’t asking you for more after the twins and your new one?”
Mike shook his head. “We have our hands full I think.”
The boys moved as a group from one truck to the next. The last one in line was a big fire truck all decked out to look like a haunted mansion.
“So you say… I thought we were done too, and then we moved out here.”
Mike snorted. “Damn, Connor. It’s almost like you like being on the PTO.”
Early snorted. “He just saw that new baby of yours and melted.”
Not that Early blamed him at all. That little one was about pretty.
“Well, we never had baby-babies, you know? We got the boys young, but they were kids.” Connor got that distracted look—the one Early thought of as his baby fever look—and smiled. “I’d like a couple of wee Earlys too.”
“That would be amazing. I wish you two the best of luck.”
Early’s cheeks just burned, but honestly, him too. He would love more babies. “Thanks, man. You’ll be the third to know—after the boys and the grandparents.”
“And Reese and Dana.”
“Right.” Those two were already family, and Early loved how they fit right in. “After boys, grandparents, and Reese and the wife.”
Early glanced at Connor, and suddenly he couldn’t hardly breathe.
He was home. Finally. Blessedly. And they all were together and happy.
“Daddy! Dad! Comeon!”
“Coming, boys. Connor, love! Comeon!”
There was a lifetime of goodies to be had.
