“I’ll see you later, Coach,” Parker said, walking to the man and when I got a good glimpse of him, I realized who he was and why Parker’s name always sounded familiar.

Parker was Nash Yarbrough's little brother.

“Coach Webber!” My old teammates yelled at me, pulling me from my revelation.

“What the hell are you doing here? Don’t you have a game tomorrow?” I asked each of them and gave them a hug.

“Yeah, but this was our only chance to see you coach, and we didn't want to miss it,” Cap said, as I hugged him, noticing Heather and the two boys with him.

“Oh my god, he’s so big!” I pushed Cap out of the way, taking their youngest into my arms, giving Cap’s wife, Heather, a hug.

Their youngest was a year old and just about the cutest thing ever. “Walker, my man, how's it going dude!?”

“So cool, you looked awesome out there," he said in an adorable voice.

“Thank you,” I said, giving him a high five.

“Oh my god, you're the cutest,” Jude said, coming up to us.

“Isn’t he?” I said dipping him down to earn a giggle that made my heart melt.

“Alright, who’s getting knocked up?” Gomez joked.

“Definitely Jude,” I said, throwing an arm around him.

Forest chuckled. “I might try and get both of them knocked up.”

Everyone chuckled as we made our way out of the parking lot to the cars. We decided on somewhere to eat, and I reluctantly put the baby in his car seat.

“You looked mighty fine with that baby in your arms, Sam,” Jude said, holding my arm as we walked to Forest’s truck.

“If I could, I’d get you pregnant tonight,” Forest growled, throwing his arm around me.

“Well, maybe one day,” I said wistfully.

“Yeah, one day after we get married,” Jude smirked. “I ain’t gonna have no baby out of wedlock.”

Forest and I laughed as we all hopped into the truck. Little did Jude or Forest know that I had my eye on a couple of rings. I didn’t need a ceremony or even the rings. I knew Jude and Forest were mine, but if they wanted a big party andceremony, I'd give them whatever they wanted. Knowing them, we’d probably have a quiet ceremony on the ranch with our loved ones close just to show that they were mine and I was theirs forever. That’s all I had ever wanted, to love and be loved in return.
