"Take a deep breath," Prince encouraged.
Just as Finn took in a deep breath and let it out slowly, he heard a pop, and then warmth surrounded him as if he had just peed, followed by the sharpest pain he'd felt in his entire life.
"P...Prince," he gasped, sitting up, looking at his husband in alarm.
"What?What is it?"
"The babies. The babies are coming," he stuttered.
"What?!"Prince hopped off the bed.
"My water just broke."
Prince ran to the door, and Finn wondered where he was going.
"Bevin, get the car, the babies are coming," he heard Prince shout, then ran back in the room."Don't panic."
"I'm not," Finn said, breathing slowly.
"Bevin and I have this under control."
He walked over to Finn and picked him up from the bed, blanket and all, then rushed out the bedroom door. Before they got to the front door, Prince stopped and looked at Finn.
"I love you," he said and kissed Finn on his lips.
"I love you, too, but if you don't get me to the hospital soon, I'm going to have our twins in the living room."
Prince smiled, nodding. They left the apartment, and as they got on the elevator, Finn thought about how much his life had changed.Once he had thought he was alone, and now he had a family. One that he loved and who loved him back.Finn knew Roderick was wrong to think he'd gotten the Cinderella life without working too hard for it, but he would never regret it, because without everything that had happened, he wouldn't have found the man he loved, who turned out to be my best friend’s dad.
