“I fucking love you.” He slammed harder, his hips digging into me. I’d have bruises, but I didn’t care. They’d match the love bites on my body. Killian very much liked to mark me whenever he could, and he got no complaints from me.

“I love you, too,” I said and braced myself. He was close, and so was I.

“Yes. Fuck, yes.” He filled me with his release, and seconds later, I came into my hand.

“I’ll never tire of that, but when I get back, we’re going to take it nice and slow.” He climbed off the bed.

“Agreed.” I rolled onto my back and turned to face him. “Do you have to go?”

“You know I do, but I’ll be home soon.” He bent to kiss me, a tender kiss that promised more than he said. “Don’t miss me too much.”

He grinned and walked into the bathroom, his taut arse ripe for biting.

What had I done to deserve him? He’d stuck by me when others might have left. He’d been my rock, my support, and my lover.

My life would never be the same again, and that was all that mattered.

We had everything we needed.

We had each other.

We had a lifetime of tomorrows.
