“Great. If there’s nothing else, then we’re going to get out of your hair,” Shem said, clapping his hands together and giving Gabe an excited grin. “Back to Hell? I miss Lilith and Ram.”
Gabe smiled at him and nodded. “Yeah, baby. Let’s go home. I miss them too.”
“The whole‘no kissing thing…’Does that apply to Lilith?” Shem asked, and Gabe seemed to think about it for a minute before shaking his head.
“No. I do believe she might be the only exception,” he said, and Shem beamed at him.
“You’re the fucking best, baby,” he purred, showering Gabe’s face with kisses.
Gabe laughed and kissed him back.
Yep. Definitely feeling a toothache coming on.
“Sooooo… does your previous invitation still stand?” I asked innocently.
Shem stopped kissing Gabe long enough to give me a curious look.
“You still want to come?”
I shrugged. “I mean, ofcourseI want to come. Lilith is, like, the equivalent of a fuckingrockstarin the god community...Think she would kissme?”I asked, already fangirling so hard at the thought I worried I might pass out.
Luna’s eyes grew wide. “ImagineHecateandLilithhooking up?” She glanced at Willow, her lips parting. “That would be…badass as fuck…’
Shem thought about it for a minute.
“I mean… maybe. You’re pretty hot. She would probably be down. But it’s not her you would need to convince. It’s Ramel. He’s super possessive of her. He only shares with people he trusts.”
I pouted. “Come onnnn, I’m trustworthy! You don’t think he’ll like me?”
Shem laughed, shrugging.
“Charming as you are, you can be very off-putting.”
I scowled, sticking my tongue out at Shem, who just snickered.
“I think he’ll love that about her, actually,” Gabe mused, and I beamed at him.
Luna shook her head ruefully though she was smiling.
“So, we’re going for a quick trip to Hell?”
“Just a little visit,” I said, grinning at her wickedly.
Willow laughed. “I do hear it’s lovely this time of year.”
Shem turned around to look at Gabe again, his grin so wide I worried the corners of his mouth might touch his ears.
“What do you think, baby? Should we bring our friends with us to Hell? Are you up for another adventure?”
Gabe smiled up at Shemhazai, his eyes shining.
“With you?Always.”
