Her eyes widen at my words, her breathing deepening as I press my front into her, letting her know just how good she makes me feel.

I’m fucking crazy about her, and it’s time she catches on soon, because my control is slipping by the second.

Her hands travels up under my shirt, giving my abs some attention.

“Is that so?” She leans up on her tiptoes as she drags her lips across my jaw.

“Sarah,” I warn her, knowing I’m at a breaking point here, and we really should talk about this before taking it any further.

She gives me a slight push to the chest, and I grab her with me as I fall into the couch. I nibble at her throat, which makes her giggle, before she pushes herself upright.

“Okay, we should talk. Then we can fuck.”

Christ.

Having her say it like that, that control I was talking about? It’s hanging by a thread.

“We need some rules,” she says as she gets comfortable on the couch.

I know this is her way of gaining control, and I’ll let her have it, knowing she needs it for us to move forward.

I’m fully prepared to fight for some terms of my own, and I’m pleased that she seems more open today than the last time we spoke.

On Thursday night, she was closed off; now, she’s different, and I like it.

Having her hide from me made me angry and exasperated.

“I agree, I have some rules of my own.” She raises her eyebrows at that, looking sceptical, but I let her begin this.

“No funny business at the arena.”

I think it over.

It’s probably not wise to get down and dirty at the arena, but at the same time, there are some more private corners where I definitely could see us having some fun.

“I don’t know about that, baby, that couch of yours in your office seems like a perfect place for me to fuck you.”

She blushes at my crass words, and I freaking love it.

When she squeezes her thighs together, I know my girl likes some dirty talk, and maybe even the possibility of some public sex.

“Okay, we’ll see, but we should probably keep this on the low, considering everything.”

She bites her lip, and I hate that I get the feeling that she’s looking at this as a temporary situation.

That we should hide, as she’s not certain we’re going to last.

To hell with that, I can be firm for both of us.

“We’ll go out for a nice date, at least once a week,” I tell her, and when she gives me a breathtaking smile, I feel some of her worries loosen.

I’m also planning to take her on as many dates as possible, which is why I said “at least.”

Negotiating business, or in this case, a relationship, takes skill and precision.

“Okay. We’ll still be professional when working on your social media. Meaning, no sex during meetings.” I agree, respecting her professional boundaries.

I would never want her to feel like our personal relationship is affecting our business relationship.
