Henry raised his glass. “What can I say? I'm a matchmaker extraordinaire.”

Blaise raised a brow. “No, that's my wife.”

“Hadley is known as the Wife Finder. She’s paid for her services. Me? I do this out of the goodness of my heart. That’s why I deserve a bigger title, especially since I’m the one who told you to call her.”

“Touché.” Blaise laughed. “So what will you do now that we’ve all found the love of our lives?”

With his free hand, Henry tapped the side of his head. “I already have a plan. You guys are only one friend group. I have others, and many who need my services. Unlimited possibilities for more weddings and godchildren.”

Blaise shook his head. “Quit while you’re ahead.”

“Where’s the fun in that?” Henry drank more champagne.

“What about you?” Blaise asked.

“Moi?”

“When are you going to fall in love and settle down?”

Henry shrugged and repeated what he’d been telling himself for years. “I’m happy being single. Besides, it wouldn’t be fair to the women of the world for me to just pick one to be with.”

Wes joined them. “When you meet the one, you’ll want to put a ring on her finger so fast your head will spin.”

“My head hasn’t and won’t ever spin, but I’m ecstatic that happened to you.” Henry hated seeing his friend so sick, but he loved seeing him so happy and healthy now. He raised his champagne to Wes. “And you won the last single man standing bet. Congratulations.”

Blaise and Wes exchanged an odd glance, telling Henry something was up.

Wes smiled. “Thanks, but I’m not claiming the fund.”

That surprised Henry given the amount of money at stake. “Why not?”

“I spoke with Paige and then the others. We’ve decided to use the fund to create a new philanthropic endeavor. We’re calling it the Silicon Forest Friends Foundation.”

Henry’s breath hitched. He blinked to stop the stinging in his eyes. “That’s the most wonderful thing I’ve heard since Iris and Dash’s ‘I do.’”

Blaise touched Henry’s shoulder. “I’ll continue to manage the fund. Brett has joined the foundation’s board of directors, and we would like you on it, as well.”

A lump formed in Henry’s throat. More happiness flowed through him. “Yes. Thank you. I’m honored.”

“Oh,” Wes said. “Clear your calendar for next weekend.”

“Party at the Lockhart house?”

“No.” Mischief filled Wes’s eyes. “A wedding in Lake Tahoe.”

“Wedding? I thought you had a big one planned for July.”

“We do, but we only picked that date to accommodate Paige’s brother. We don’t want to wait so we’re having something more intimate.”

“You’re eloping,” Henry whispered.

Wes nodded. “I’d like you to be my best man, so you’d better be there.”

Henry’s tight chest made breathing difficult. This was turning into the second best day ever. The first was when his goddaughter, Noelle, had been born. Though Brett and Laurel’s wedding was wonderful. As was Blaise and Hadley’s. And all the others.

“I…” He cleared his throat. “Of course I’ll be there. I’m happy to fly whoever needs a ride on my plane.”

“Thank you.” Wes beamed. “I can’t say that enough because you’re the reason I was at the Christmas party and saw Paige. Without you…”
