Callum walked over and slipped his arm around me, giving me a kiss on top of my head. “We need to talk, but the next couple of days aren’t good. Are you free next week?”

I looked at Jax, who was leaning forward in the chair, his forearms resting on the desk.

“Yes. I’m free.”

“Perfect. We’ll call to set up a time.” Callum said, putting his hands in his pockets.

“So formal.” I teased.

“We could just kidnap you if you prefer?” Jax smiled.

“Kinky.”

He shook his head.

“You girls have a good rest of the night. Your tab from downstairs has been comped.” Callum interjected.

“You didn’t have to do that.” Lizzy said, batting her hand in the air.

Callum winked at me. “Have a good night.”

Lizzy and I walked out of their office and down the stairs. I ignored the glance from dickface as he watched us leave their office, no doubt wondering what was going on in there.

“Queen.” Lizzy said, grabbing my arm when we got outside.

I blushed again, laughing awkwardly.

“Quueeenn.”

“Stop.”

“Well, I’m glad you got some dick tonight.”

“It was so good, Lizzy.”

“I take it you got both?”

I smiled.

“I try not to be a jealous woman, but damn girl. You got me in my feels.”

Betty pulled up before I could respond. As I stepped into the car, I looked back at Vixen.

“Did you both have a lovely night?”

“Yes, we did.” Lizzy answered for both of us, fortunately not elaborating.

I decided to stay at my house tonight since I wasn’t drunk and it would give me time to think about our meeting next week. Fortunately, I was headed home for the long weekend to spend some time with my family. Time by the lake always seemed to help set my mind right, and I needed it after tonight. No Vixen, no Lizzy, and no guys.
