“Hey, are we still on for tonight?” she asks since the guys have a home game tonight.

We have continued to go to the home games together throughout the years, but once Evie was born, we haven’t been able to go to any. Not that she minds because then we meet up at my house to watch the games just like we did when we were roommates. Especially the part where we gush about the hot players, but now she doesn’t give me as much shit for my situation and how jealous she is. Since she doesn’t have a reason to anymore.

“Of course, I’ll have all our favorite snacks prepped,” I tell her.

“Perfect, and don’t forget the thing on Friday.”

I groan, “You will never let that go, will you?”

“Not until it happens. I promised you a night ofHigh School Musicalkaraoke three years ago and it has yet to happen. Friday, it’s happening.” I can hear her smile through the phone.

Honestly, that idea was an inside joke between us for years. I don’t know how it became a thing and then that day I found out about Jay’s engagement, that was supposed to be the icing on the cake, but it never happened. She has yet to let it go.

“The guys aren’t coming. I refuse to let them witness this,” I tell her sternly.

“Oh, they are coming. Evie is getting a babysitter, and it’s happening.”

I smother my chuckle. I thought the guys were protective of me. I feel bad for Evie when she’s a teenager, no guy is coming within ten miles of her with her three huge and scary dads. The protectiveness goes for babysitters as well, though I know Vince’s sister will happily watch her and that she’s one of the only people everyone agrees on.

“You’re evil.” I shake my head.

I hear the front door open, and we say goodbye. I continue to finish up the dishes when a pair of strong arms wrap around my waist. I automatically know it’s Vince by the way he holds me and the way his smell envelops me. I lean into him when he presses a kiss to my cheek before sliding his hands off me.

“Is she sleeping?” Brent asks as he kisses the top of my head.

I nod. “But she probably won’t be for long.”

“Then we better hurry,” Matt says suddenly before scooping me up, tossing me over his shoulder.

I squeal in surprise, flailing my wet hands as he carries me up to our room with the other two following close behind us. I know they are about to do delicious things to my body and just like the first time, I can’t wait. I’ll never get over having them as mine. And being theirs.

I love them, and they love me and our daughter. What started off as unconventional has turned into the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. Plus, every time I watch their games and someone gets a hat trick I laugh to myself, knowing I have my own and in my opinion it’s the best kind of hat trick there is.
